Almost two years ago I came up with an idea...Whatsoever we project/reflect towards our colleagues, managers and even CEO in any level local or international has some power over that person's behaviours eventhough his or her character...So I imagined a kind of ''transformation project'' for corporations ...
As an example let us assume you work for a multinational company operates over 100 countries and employ thousand people in globe...
Than each employee needs to write down three positive and negative feed backs/projections for each and every person who has close official relation with you...Such as your bussiness partners/collegues in your team, your manager, your manager's manager and eventually your local CEO. Also your local CEO's manager (could be a regional manager) and eventually multinational CEO...
Every single employee has to do this survey. Ofcourse HR will be the driving force with this survey.
Outcomes of this survey has to be eveluated and handled very carefully.
With positive feedbacks you can even make a multinational map...Let us say your employees feedbacks tell you so that your corporation provides good development oppurtunities, good benefits , valuable mutinational bussiness practise, good office conditions, etc...You can show this on the map with colours...Like any other maps as economical world maps...This would show you the whole picture...Good maps could be even used for marketing the brand...Within the company too...
Let us say if you observe your EU and US based employees find their office conditions ''good'' and the rest of the world does not than you have some work to do ...
You can make the statistics as sophisticated as you like...These are some simple examples to explain the survey...You can set the criterias according to your corporation mission and vision too...
So now we look for the negative feedbacks...These are the ones we have to handle and transform very gently...
I beleive this needs an internal coaching system...As completely independent ID from corporate goals ...Coach should be the one who has high EQ(emotional one) and SQ (spiritual one)...The one who knows about the movement of human mind and how our life reality created by our subconscious...
Than each employee has to have a single session to work out for their negative feedbacks...Surely negative feedbacks also has a link within the employees own consciousness...If you think your manager is a ''mean'' person , surely enough you see his parsimony via ''your one'' ...
If you accept it and choose to be free from your pasrimony with your conscious awarness than you transform the parsimony within you and in your manager's too...If you can transform and get free from your own parsimony than your own experince with your manager will chance too...
We create our and others reality with our projections...

Performance = Potantial - Barriers/Obstructions
So the barriers should be removed or minimized to have higher performance . Also indirectly the potantial ratio rises when we remove the barriers in one's system.
What are these barriers and/or obstacles?
Fears, negative conceptions beliefs percemptions projections emotions , anger, stress , tiredness , lack of life energy, lack of self motivation , lack of self confident , heavy competitative character , lack of focusing ability...
It may seemed a long way but I beleive all employees are ready for such ''transformation'' within their personal system and in their organization too...They want this...They want to see some things are changing...For the betterment for all...
Specially new generations need these kind of internal coaching support and /or "corporational transformational environment"...
Because they are here for changing the old world and creating the new one...
If you like to keep smart young fellows in your coprporation than you have to open yourself and your organization for CHANGE & TRANSFORMATION...
Evoluation has not stopped and still going on in every level of organism from a simple cell to large multinational companies or world itself...And nothing can go backwards...Whatsoever step you take it will be good for you and for your organization...
Young fellows came on earth already with their great transformational , creative potantials...If you create such environment in your organization so that they can come into blossom for their inner potantial...Just like a great tree seed soiled in a very fertiled earth...
Our role to give them what they need...They need to be free from internal and external barriers, they need to become individual rather than a person...
I was going to give a presentation to a group of people and I was searching Maslow's life in the beginning of this month. You all know about his pyramid. Very interestingly I learnt that before he died he wanted to add 6th part for his pyramid as the last and top part of the pyramid. He said after realizing the self , one's need is that to ''serve for all''...So 6th needs of human kind is to serve for all...
ABRAHAM MASLOW
I beleive his pyramid also shows us the movement of human consciousness...From feeding ourself to serving to whole...As much as we can realize our potantial we climb up in the pyramid...
So new generations come here with ''serving the whole'' attitude...And/or consiousness...They are like universal beings...
If we can hear their needs and re-organize our organization accordinly than we will keep good smart young fellows in our corporation as well as we will do good bussiness too...The bussiness will not based on the fear and anger and/or human weaknesses...We will find new bussiness lines and models via these new generations...The bussiness will base on love and sharing and/or human strength.
I was reading a book named ''Positive Management'' written by İdil Türkmenoğlu whom was a HR professional with psychology degree so that I came a cross with self-fulfilling prophecy consept in her book in this year. So I realized my idea / project was a quite right one!

For example ...If you belive and expect your employees will not come to office within the expected time frame and you create complex control systems etc than yes 100 % you are right they will act accordingly your expectations.
In the book there was an example for self-fulfilling prophecy phenomenon...Pygmalion and Galatea...
Pygmalion was a Cypriot sculptor...He was making marble sculptures...He made a beatiful woman sculpture one day but he fell in love with his sculpture...He gave a name to the stone lady as if she was alive...He was so in love so that Goddess Venus gave a life to the scuplture eventually...
Our beliefs and perceptions have great power on our and others lifes and/or life realities...Also on our bussiness life experiences and corporation organizations too...
