Time to Become An Universal Leader
I do not know why I wanted to write this article in English. May be I will understand when I reach the end of it. I want you to imagine a co-operation with thousands of employees, multi sectoral structure, world-wide and nation-wide locations etc. So , unless and until each member of this organization makes every decision and move for the betterment of whole co-operation , it will slow down, get heavy and in one point completely torn in a part. I mean each employee, each department, each region and each country should concern and protect the needs and well being of the whole organization. Than it can really fullfill its total potential. CEO of the organization/co-operation should also take care of each bodies needs. This standing should be from above and also from below.
