Beyond The Horizon

I do not know why I wanted to write this article in English. May be  I will understand when I reach the end of it. I want you to imagine a co-operation with thousands of employees, multi sectoral structure, world-wide and nation-wide locations etc. So , unless and until each member of this organization makes every decision and move for the betterment of whole co-operation , it will slow down, get heavy and in one point completely  torn in a part. I mean each employee, each department, each region and each country should concern and protect the needs and well being of the whole organization. Than it can really fullfill its total potential. CEO of the organization/co-operation should also take care of each bodies needs. This standing should be from above and also from below. Mustafa Koç'u kaybetti Türkiye! Çok üzgünüz... Onun ölümü çok sarstı toplumun hemen hemen her kesiminden insanı. Toplumun bir çok  kesimi çok uzun zamandır ilk kez ortak bir duyguda buluştu. Bugün Yılmaz Özdil köşesinde "İki Mustafa" isimli bir makale yazmış ve anladım neden birbirimizi bu ortak acının çevresinde yeniden bulabildiğimizi! 29 Ekim 1960 günü doğmuştu.  Cumhuriyet Bayramı ile aynı günde. Adı Mustafa idi. O gerçek bir vatanseverdi. Sarı saçlı mavi gözlü idi. 56 yaşında aramızdan ayrıldı. Bu ülke sarışın, mavi gözlü vatansever bir Mustafa'yı yine ellili yaşların ortasında kayıp etmişti. Evet ,Mustafa Kemal Atatürk'ten bahsediyorum. Bilinçaltı müthiş bir sistem! Bilirsiniz halkla ilişkiler çok kullanır toplumların bilinçaltına iki farklı olgu ile bağ kurdurup,  algı yönetimi yapmayı. Bugünün iktidarlarının da çok sevdiği bir oyundur bu algı oyunu malum.
