My India-Indian Recipes

I was so lucky to stay in a friend's house at the beginning of my stay in India. As far as I remember we stayed almost a month in his house.

Our friend and his parents were so kind to us. Our friend was an excelent cook in fact...He was a cook as his professional...

Imagine me how I went crazy for great Indian recepies each and every day...It was great fun and experience...

I will share some simple but so delicious recepies of him...Thank you Prasad:) You are a great friend...

By the way prasad means the food offered to Gods & Goddess in ındia.

Here we go for one of my favoroite one...

I write in Indian-Turkish way...I mean some writings of the words would be in Turkish...

Kanda-Poha

Pressed riced (Poha) or just simply boiled rice (1 bowl for each person)
One medium onion
One medium tomato
1/4 tea spoon Turmeric Powder
1/2 tea spoon Cumin Seed
1/2 tea spoon mustard seed
salt
lemon
fresh coriander (I LOVE IT)
Green Chili (if you like hot ones)
2-3 small Curry Leaves (This can be found in Indian shops)

This is mainy for breakfast in Maharashtra ...Also it could be good snack in the afternoon.

Soak the pressed rice for a minute. Or keep your boiled rice ready for use.
Cut onion and tomatos in small pieces.
Heat the oil and add mustard, cumin seed and green chilis.
Add turmeric. Than currey leaves. After this you add chopped onion and make iit golden. Tomatos will follow afterwords.
You have to fry them well.
Time to add soaked pressed rise or boiled rice now.
Mix them well.
Turn the fire off and cover the pot with a lid.
Leave it for 5 min.
While serving you put chopped fresh coriander, lemon on top of it.
It shoul dbe served warm.
In some houses they also put some fresh grated coconut.

Hımmm . My mouth is getting watered now...I think I will cook it for breakfast for tomorrow:) Luckly enough I have real Indian poha and curry leaves at home...

When you visit someone's house in India , they automatically bring you water to drink first...Than great Indian tea is served...Ofcourse some snacks follows...Indian's are one of the most hospitable people on the earth...When I was offred this snack than I was just getting completely lost in pleasure...Each and every one has different taste according the cook...

Now I will share my favorite Indian tea recipe...

Acoording to number of people you can adjust it.
This is for 2 people.

1 cup water and 1 cup milk is boiled together.
Add fresh ginger piece ...If you like strong ginger taste this could be like cm 1 ...Otherwise you can addmuch smaller one...
Than you put black tea bags / or black tea leaves...
If you like you can add sugar...Infact real Indian tea is sooooo sweettt...
Let them boil like 5 min.
Than you serve it hot. If you use tea leaves remember to use strainer.

Some adds cardamom seeds of 3 or four instead of ginger...Up to you...

My suggestion ;
After a heavy day you have a warm shower or bath ...When everybody in the house go to bed (I have two boys so I need them to go bed for some silence) ,you can have your special Indian tea...It has to be really hot than...Also you can play some soft music...Better if it is a baroque one...It has same frequency as our heart so you can relax more...Turn the light down too...You and only you can enjoy your tea now...

Beleive me all your muscles and nerves will be completely relaxed...You can listen your heart in this special moment...

It is good and we need to talk to ourselves sometimes...

I call this as like my tea ceremony:)

Enjoy them...

Consume Only For Today

More than 20 years ago I was in a picnic with some bunch of people...

Those days were my ''green days''...

After the picnic I was not happy with the rubbish was spread around and suggested to collect it ...

As I remember people were having fun with the idea...They were saying there were more serious problems for us such as wars, drugs, labour rights etc...Surely I was aggreed with all these facts ...But I could not simply bare us to ''polute'' the land ... Nevertheless after some negotiations we cleaned the area:)

I said to people so that the enviromental issues will be our first priority after 20 years...

So here we are...

Birds are dying, hard to find clean water & air , foods are contaminated, lots of natural hazards etc....You know the story...

60 years ago world population was Billion 2.5 and now Bio 7...

We consume crazyly ...If all of us consume like so called American sytle we need 4-5 more world...This is not my quote but I totally aggree with it...

Many people have jeeps and release lots of CO2 and go miles away for their weekly or monthly shoppings in US...What happens after words? Lots of things we bought generally go to rubbish bin...Because of they go off or their expiry date...

We order more than we can eat...All of them go to rubbish bin again...

We buy goods with fancy packaged so that we can keep them longer at home...We create more than and more rubbish...Montains of rubbish will surrender us one day... In my childhood rubbish truck was coming once in a week and we were not producing this much of rubbish those days...

I suggest you all to watch the cartoon named WALL-E...Very wise one...

I lived in India almost a year like a local citizen...I had great chance to observe society and their way of living ...

Majority of the population is very poor...Wheather is so hot but they have no enough to buy fridge...Acoording to our western mind they have very low living standarts than...

I will request you to extend your perseption now...

Because of this ''poor living standarts'' they consume daily...

They buy the foods and other things for lunch and they cook their lunch...They cook for all family but just for their need...Because they can not save the food afterwords it goes off so quickly...Than again they buy things for dinner and cook the dinner...

So , who is on the side of Mother Earth? Which way of living supporting her ? Which way of living is realy poor?

I am not suprise when I see US ''Consume for your Life'' attituded economy is falling and ''Consume for Today'' attituded countries like India are rising...Very interesting contrast...

No creature on earth except human beings store food or their other needs for longer period...This may be a kind of reflection of our fears...Even shortage feeling which creates even more crises in fact...

This morning we were disccussion these issues with my mother and father in the great family breakfast due to some natural hazards in the world...My mother gave a great example...

Imagine you have a house and your tenant just ruin your place...Breake it, pollute it...Would you just watch? No ...You would first give couple of written warnings and than you would go to court and take your tenant out and clean the place than again seek more a much wiser tenant...

Bingo...

Our relation is like this with Mother Earth...

Our mind says we are the owner of the land, animals, trees etc...and we can do what we like...

Time to wake up from our illusion...We are ''the tenant''...We are just one of the species on the Mother Earth...

There are universal laws so that every little things is happening according to them...This is not ''an idea'' or '' a belief'' ...This is a scientefic reality...

Only by living accordingly to these laws and support them with our existence we can keep our existance on the Mother Earth...

This is the fact for all ''structures'' which created by human mind...

Countries, economic systems, organizations, associations, companies, corporations, families, religions, educational systems, law systems, medical systems , families untill to a one single person...

Time has come for us to do everything in ''RE'' way...

Re-mind ourselves we are the one of the species living on the earth like a tenant...All creatures on the earth are like our brothers & sisters...Trees , mountains, animals, rivers , seas and lakes...We are all a big family and we are all equal...

Re-describe again our missions and visions for betterment of Mother Earth & All Humanity...

Re-Solve the problems we solved before
Re-Walk the road we walked before
Re-Set our minds we set before
Re-View everthing we reviewed before...
Each and every part and experince of human story on earth have to RE examimed...

Because we are at the point where there may be no RE-TURN...

All our concepts, beleifs and actions have to be RE overviewed and RE determined...

One by one...

Is this way of living serving to Mother Earth and All Humanity?

Is this type of organization still supporting contunity of Human Life on Earth?

Is this action still be well accepted by people's heart?

We have to ask many questions and seek the answers in our hearts...

Yes , evolution is continuing towards for the betterment...Time to choose where we want to be...

Today can be a starting point for all of us...

Just simply by choosing less packaged products or choosing the products produced by World Friendly brands...Surely try to consume less...

Even one single person's choice is so important now...

Re-MEMBER '' the Butterfly Effect''...

Bare Feet in Ephesus

When I was out with some friends few days ago I remembered my fascinating visits to Ephesus which I like to share here...

I visited the land with an Indian Yogi friend in mid 90's... Those days we were so young and not very much ''wise'' as this old man... After we got out from our car he very calmly removed his shoes and explained to us so that he wanted to walk in the ruins of Ephesus with bare feet... He said '' He could feel the energy/vibration of this land, people lived there ''... I remember we looked each other with wide open eyes with my friend...Vow... Than he did it... If everyhing is energy and if there is no lineer time than I should easily say he was just walking in the streets of real Ephesus in those days... He knew more than us about Ephesus infact... This ruin is near by Mother Mary house ...They are all in the town named Selçuk/İzmir. He explained us Mother Mary also came to Ephesus with one of Christ's disciple...I guess he was Saint Paul... Than he suggested us to meditate in Mother Mary's house...When we sit down for meditation the priest gave a respectable look to our Indian guest and he left the place for us... It was very interesting experince...My heart was full of joy and a big smile on my face...Tears were coming from my eyes because of the feeling ''joy'' in my heart... When we finished the meditation our Indian guest smiled us with shining eyes and he said she was there with us ... I was so young than and my intuition was not so developed than... Who knows? Again if everthing is energy and there is no lineer time than why not? One thing was sure it was very very interesting day and experience for us...

After couple of years I had to go Ephesus with a foreigner colleque of mine. I was working in US based company and he was from NY. We had some meetings in that region and he wanted to see Ephesus during the weekend. Guess what I did...

To show how I was a sophisticated girl I told him I was going to walk in the ruins with bare feet... He was completely in a shock...He warned me that my shoes would be stolen... As you can guess I was not enough couraged to walk on the land so I did not leave them in the car...When I reached the marble road than I took them off... Than I was completely sure so that my shoes would be fine...Who would you be interested my worn sports shoes? Ha Ha Ha... After a 'painful' walk I could not find my shoes...Yes some people were fancy about my old shoes...

My colleague was burst in to laughings and tears were coming from his eyes...Ofcourse I followed him with the same... Than few hours I drove the care bare feet to Çeşme... Guess where we went first in Çeşme...Shoe store... A great lunch followed near the harbour in Çeşme afterwords...

So after many years we were able to remember those memories and still we can laugh and enjoy the life... I am still in touch with my ex colleague and always visit him whenever I am in NY. And thankfull all the people took role in these heartly memories... Life is more beatiful and meanful with great friends... No one knows what life brings tomorrow... Today is the best time to show our love and kindness towards each other... So may be you can just give a call to your friend whom you were not able to call for long time after reading this little story... Thanks Yogiji, Thanks George:) With love Funda

My India - Indian Wedding

When I watched ''Eat Pray Love'' which Julia Roberts was the heroen I felt just like I was watching my life on the screen...I ate lots of things when I was wacthing the film too...

I burst in to laughings sometimes and also cried too...

It was like a therapy for me:) Kind of a way to emotional freedom...

Art has really great inspiration influence on people's evolution...

Especially Indian Wedding ceremony got me deeply...I re-member-ed...

One should definitly attend an Indian Wedding ceremony once in their life...

It is one of the most meanful, colorful ,shinning ,joyful, heartfull wedding experience I beleive...

Hindu Wedding ceremony in fact...

I want to share my feelings and observations about this ceremony now...

This marriage took place in the beatiful land named Goa in India. Goa has great beaches and climate...

It was December 1996 ...It seems ages ago...

Very early in the morning sister in law of the bride and her women friends came to her room and take her to the beach...

They were singing songs which she really did not know the meaning but she was just enjoying from their joyfull heart...

Firstly they decorated her hands and feet with beatiful Indian Henna.....Than after some time when they ''washed'' her in the ocean ...Indian Ocean...

After she had her bath in her room than great time came...

She put a bright purple sari with golden garnish on...She weared a long skirt and short blouse under her sari which are accepted as underwear in India. So be aware not to see any woman with skirt and blouse in India...This is not accepted as a kind and wise thing there...It is their custom...

Than she had green bangles which are the symbol of Goddess Lakshmi on her both ankles...

Wikipedia explains Lakshmi as below...

Lakshmi (Sanskrit: लक्ष्मी lakṣmī, Hindi pronunciation: [ˈləkʃmi], Tamil: லட்சுமி letchumi) is the Hindu goddess of wealth, prosperity (both material and spiritual), light, wisdom, fortune, fertility, generosity and courage; and the embodiment of beauty, grace and charm.

Also symbol of wifehood and motherhood I should say...

Suprisingly enough I was attended a ceremony for honouring the Lakshmi principle in us in Lisbon/Portugal in November 1996. Infact it was my first visit to Portugal...

Life has great circles and signs/messages...We really need to be in the moment to understand the story its tell about us...Portugal has a great place in my heart too...Also very interestingly India and Portugal have historical back ground and karma...We will go deep in this subject later:)

Back to the preparations...

Ofcourse her face was decorated beatifully and a red veil was fixed to her hair.

Some jewerelly for face , and hands and feet were also following...

You just feel so feminen and like a real queen...It is like Goddess in you is worshiped or honored...

Ofcourse groom has great fun with his friends during this period...They do a special turmeric (Haldi) ceremony...With the attendes of a local band , they crazyly dance and apply turmeric to their skin...In our case they had lots of fun in the ocean...

Than ceremony starts...

Hindu priests prepares a sacred fire between the couple...Their mother and father or relatives also would be near the fire...

This fire called as a Havana...Havanam (also Havana, Havan) is the term for a sacred purifying ritual (yajna) in Hinduism that involves a fire ceremony. It is a ritual of sacrifice made to the fire god Agni. After lighting a Havan Kund (sacrificial fire), objects such as fruits, honey, or wooden goods are put into the sacred fire. If there are any spirits that are evil around you or even inside you they get burned off in the sacred fire. It is believed that this sacrifice will bring health, happiness, luck and prosperity.

The official wedding ceremonies in Turkey just take 5 or 10 minutes and I think there is no spirit in it...Unfortunately it is so gross ...Even the dinning party does not create deep feeling...

Ever single person is aware of the meaning of wedding in India...They know and beleive these two souls have chosen each other for their spiritual / evolutionary growth...It is very respectable ceremony ... Infact two souls are ''serving'' in a very delicate way to each other...Marriage is accepted as a sacred tie between two souls...

Our western mind is generally work on the mental side or I should say ''left brained''...Nevertheless Eastern mind is generally work with emotional side or ''right brained''...This is Jung's view and it is exactly match with my feelings and observations...You need to understand the language of your emotions and symbolism to understand Eastern Mind and their beliefs , way of life...Especially about Hindu way of belief...

Ofcourse the best is to live the life in a balanced way...We call it ''Holistic Brained''...We can ''interact'' our both brains and extend our vision , perception, understanding...In my later writing I will go deeper in this subject too...

Back to topic one more again...

During the Havana everybody put some rice flowers food to sacred fire...

Than they tighed the piece of the sari the groom's cloth...Then the couple make seven rounds around the fire together and each time they say/pray good wishes and/or promises to each other for their future life...

When the ceremony finishes they feed each other with their hands and than the party starts...Lots of great music and dance ...Also most beatiful food are served...

As they say the most effective way of evolvement of the soul is in the personal relations. In another words our personal relations with our wife/husband, partner , lover what so ever we named the person are very strong spiritual experiences...

We entirely open our all bodies to each other...Emotional, mental, spiritual via our physical body...Yes two people experince and learn to become ONE...No matter if your beloved does not open herself/himself to your being...You keep open yourself...This is the way extending your ''love container/capacity''...As long as you see your beloved and the experience you are facing with the eyes of your soul or heart than you are gifted with great inner growth...They say when ever we feel some difficultius in the relation we should just keep in love and try to love ourselves more...The love we feel in our heart will remove all the unbalanced in the relataion and our beloved one becomes to balance again...

Therefore I beleive we should be thankful and greatful from deep of our hearts for whom really took a role on our journey as our close partner,wife/husband,lover....No matter what name we gave them ...No matter what as the experience painful or joyful...no matter they are close or far...No matter it is a real relation or just a platonic one...

As long as we open our being to the light of our beloved one , we are all gifted and transformed and evolved...Because we accept our reflection on the mirror of our beloved one...Simply we love ourselves and the all more and more...We rise to realm of Oneness...

I beleive we should just look at the eyes of our partner,wife/husband or lover ...Try to see and feel the one beyond form...We will recognize someone we have known...Just your reflection ...Look at them and see how they are beatiful loving kind gentel flowing joyful...

As they say love is not a feeling it is a level of conscious...Divine Love is the highest conscious or frequency in love according to me...

I beleive humanly love is just teaching us Divine Love ... Humanly love keeps us seeking in Divine Love...It is just like a burning fire which enlighten our way to Divinly Love in our heart.

We learn we are all ONE there is no others via humanly love...We experince Oneness...

We learn unconditional love. When we love ourselves we love all our reflections too without any judgement...

When me miss our lover this is actually we miss The Oneness ...The highest frequency of love...Some people call it as ''Home''...

As they say Life is God ,God is Life...Also Love is God, God is Love...So Life is Love, Love is Life...

We know perception is everthing...We live our life according to our perceptions...

If we beleive we fall in love than yes our experience may be about ''falling''...

So let us chance or perception...Together we can do it...

Let us all ''rise in love'' by our beloved one's shining being...

What ever we perceive our focus on in a person , we make it redouble in that person and in ourselves too...So ...We can create more love and light each others beings by only focusing on our lightful parts...Beleive it is easy and secure...Just willingness would be a good start...

There is a song of Pink Martini...''Lets never stop falling in love''...I like it...

I say ''Lets keep rising in love''...

This is why we are here and this is the name of the game...

''Rising in Love''...

I am a simple traveler on the earth and try to learn this game:)

My India - First Visit

I was living in India from 1999 to 2000 ...I had a diary than ...I feel the right time has arrived...I want to share my story about ''Mother India'' as they say...Land of colors, music, joy, legends, frienship, tolerance, romance, flowers, rivers, dance...

I will share my experiences , observations and my feelings...

You will find me in some music concerts, yoga seminars, cooking experiences , traveling , shopping in local language , watching the great sky, running from snakes...Also I will share my inner talks...

Surely I will share some Indian recepies , travel tips and few words for local language ...

First Visit in March 1995 (This part is not fromd diary)

I was following a guru and I attened a yoga seminar in Delhi. We were seven ladies from Turkey. One was ex pat from Germany.

When we landed the airport there was a very stong disinfectant smell... I do not know if it is same...Nevertheless you get used to after some time and eventhough you start to like it...

After waiting long time for our cars we headed for our camp.

First experience in traffic ...So crowded and full of noices...Even you can see ''Please Horn'' sign on each and every vehicle...In my country horning is kind of bad behaviour. Funyly enough after some time you get used to this too...

Two of us left for their hotel and five went to the seminar area. We were staying in a camp in fact...Not very comfortable as we used to but it was quite fun for me...It was our first experience in India...For all of us...As being ''strong'' and ''courages '' girls we decided the go around and do all the things by ourself...Not a very good idea....

As far as I remember I spent USD 1000 in one week and I learnt afterwords that normal below middle class family lives with that money couple of months...

So we surely learnt not to do shopping without local guide...Never again...

One of our friend was saying she knew all about precious stones...Some shop keepers sold us (thank got not me) a bracelet for USD 300...Just out side the door it was sold for USD 5 ...Beleive me same staff...This was a great lesson ...

We all took train and went to Taj Mahal...Day time first class...It was a good thing to do...To be infront of Taj Mahal was a really great experience...I remember my breath was taken away...Such a deep devotion the king had for his wife...Still we were feeling his love all around us ...The garden was just like heaven... I layed down , closed my eyes and try to feel the atmosphere there...A little squirrel was picking my rucksack than I opened my eyes again...Indian squirrels have lines...They say Lord Rama stroke them because of their help while he was saving his wife Sita from Ravana who is the horrible king of Lanka , than they had these lines...This is another story so that I will tell later...

Coming back to Taj Mahal , Wikipedia says ;It is one of the most recognizable structures in the world. It was built by Mughal emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his third wife, Mumtaz Mahal. It is widely considered as one of the most beautiful buildings in the world and stands as a symbol of eternal love.

Really we were feeling the eternal love was still flowing ...I beleive it never dies...Even people passes away their energy , their connections are still there and living...

Also first time in my life I saw colorful parrots flying around...Hundreds of them in all color...It was just like a dream land...There was another palace where you can just wacth Taj Mahal near Yamuna river...They say Shah Jahan lived his last days there and he was wacthing his beloved wife's monument...

As far as I remember two rivers were meeting between this palace and Taj Mahal...
Just like these two souls were meeting there...May be the king decided to built those buildings because of this symbol...Until those rivers meet each other in that point their beings and love will flow together...Who knows?

Agra was also fasinating shopping place...I admit all day we did shopping on the streets...Imagine we were all covered with dust and dirt...We were wearing local ladies clothes...Punjabi...Baggy trousers and long dresses...Colorful bangles and sandals too...

Than we dediced to go to Sheraton Agra and relax , have some juices...Five ladies who were carring many plastic bags and completely in a mass entered to the lobby...Imagine this...

Everybody was watching us...without looking anybody we directly went to the ladies room...I can not really say how we clean our bits and parts...Really embarassing in a way but we were completely enjoying the moment and beleive me almost dying with laughings...Tears were coming from our eyes...I remembered we made a make up over our dirty faces...

After our leave of the ladies room they closed it and sent cleaing ladies...We were not looking that part ...I know not polite but it was so fun...

We nicely had our mango juices and went back to train station...

Than we shocked...First time we saw people were living in the station...They were just like in their home...A big family...Accepting what so ever happening in their life very wisely...Vow...

Nevertheless some Indian ladies suggested us not to take the train in the night...Imagine five foreigner ladies in dark trains...Than we decided to stay in a hotel...This was the wisest decision I ever made I think...

By the way this whole week we could only eat nan as their bread and Coca Cola...Because we did not know the food and what ever we ordered were so much hot or spicy...We could not touch them...So that night we enjoyed our lovely Mangos...We were feeling like queens...

The basic rule in India ; do not eat from the street and drink good water...In my lastest stays I broke this rule anyway...I was enjoying the open air Chinise restaurants and drinking tap waters...Surely I had Hepatitis A and B protection...

The last day we visited our friends who stayed in the hotel and I remember how we jumped in to hamburgers and chips there...

I do not remember alot but when we were coming back to İstanbul , I was feeling a deep happiness in my heart.

I was so happy for this experince. People were so kind , humble, open hearted (excluding some shop keepers just like every where anyway) and enjoying the moment...I felt my ego went down with their humility...Negative ego swells the negative ego...I was just feeling me...

We were just like little girls...Enjoying from ourselves and laughing to ourselves...We forgot everything...Who were we , what was the day ...Blank...They call it living in the moment I think...

I also felt I was like an uncut stone and now I was a sculptor who was ghoing to give a shape to herself.

Than I realized I was in love with this land and the people there...

Here my the real story starts...

A New Year Story

She was having a close relation with nature since her childhood. She was born in the house which had great garden. She was preparing the garden for spring every year. All day she was working in the garden with full of love and passionate. Cutting old pieces of the plants, cleaning the soil from wild plants, aerating the soil, watering the new plants ... Eventhough she was a little girl her heart was full of love and dedication for the nature...Although she was getting tired by working all day she was feeling complete silence , peace and satisfaction in her heart by doing this ritüel. It was kind of worshiping to nature or honouring the nature with her soul . Nature was honouring her soul indeed...She was peacefully living in her childhood self world in some sence.

In her garden there were two big pine trees. She was imagining one of them as mother pine tree and the other as daughter pine tree. She was telling stories about them to her friends...

One day her family decided to give the land to a constructor for two buildings to be constructed. Ofcourse all the trees and garden were destroyed. Only one of the pine trees managed to stay alive. It was left to the public road. It was just like the symbol of her childhood garden , her connection with nature . Something to hold on in her life. Like a very strong link with her being and the mother earth. May be with the all...She felt like one of her wing was broken...

New Year of 2010 she remembered her tree. Than she went to visit her tree. She talked to her and embraced her tree with the tears on her eyes. She felt the love and the connection again with her being, mother earth and the all.

She said to the tree she was loving her so deeply. This was just like she was telling her self she was accepting and loving her self unconditionally. She was not a part from that tree infact.

After sometime she visited a country where she wanted to live. This land was full of pine trees. The capital city of this country was just like surrounded by a pine trees ocean. She has fallen in love with this land and the people living there. Somehow she knew she was having connection with these people.

Nevertheless she was injured by a spider fish when she was having an holiday with her son. So the little boy beleived that her mother would die or get injuired again if they live in that country. He refused to move to that country. His being was not allowing this to be happen infact. She was feeling and understanding his heart. Also she did not know what to do.

One night she went out from her house where she was living in an apartment complex approximately 5 Km away from her childhood place. She touched and talked to the pine trees in the garden. She said to them she was loving them . She also send her love to her personal pine tree and also the pine trees in her loving country via the ones she was touching.

Very next day she was taking her little son to his nursery school. On the way little boy pointed a pine tree and asked from her mother to give one cone of pine tree to him. She said she could not because simply they would die. They could picked up from the ground if they would see any. Unfortunately they could not find any cone. Than little boy remembered so that there were lots of pine cones on the ground in that country. She smiled and comfirmed it. Than he wanted to eat pine nuts ...They collected pine nuts and ate them during their holidays in that country. So she could not find any pine nuts and also they would not be so hygienic . When she took him to his school he gave a big hug to her mother and said he wanted to live in that country .

She was completely thankful in her heart and tears came from her eyes. She realized one more again that all beings whether living or not are made of one single thing which was Love. And we were all one and connected with each other. Not only human beings all the nature , trees , plants , animals and basicly all creation were part and parcel of our being. One single being...

She also rezalied we all have a complete world with its trees seas animals mountains etc inside us if we look enough depth to our being.

Whatsover we see outside is the reflection of our inner world.

To save and protect the outer world we should take care our inner world.Just by transforming our negative emotions such as anger hate greed competation jealously pride etc in to LOVE. Without any reaction to ourself we just see it and intent to transform it...So simple...

This should be a new year story...So beleive me or not but she surely visited her childhood pine tree this morning. And she said to her how she is loving her and thankful to her just for being in her life.

All creation is talking to us...Let us all listen it today...In the very first day of shinning 2011...Dear mother earth wants to talk to all of us...No matter who we are she loves us so deeply...

Happy New Year!
