I do not know why I wanted to write this article in English. May be I will understand when I reach the end of it.
I want you to imagine a co-operation with thousands of employees, multi sectoral structure, world-wide and nation-wide locations etc.
So , unless and until each member of this organization makes every decision and move for the betterment of whole co-operation , it will slow down, get heavy and in one point completely torn in a part.
I mean each employee, each department, each region and each country should concern and protect the needs and well being of the whole organization.
Than it can really fullfill its total potential.
CEO of the organization/co-operation should also take care of each bodies needs.
This standing should be from above and also from below.
When you think about a human body, eg if a heart wants more power, area and privilege or resourse than one day whole body would collapse.
Well now think about world!
If a country's leader only concern, take care of his/her country's priorities, needs than he may be a good leader for his citizen but he can be real criminal in front of the whole world.
The words of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk as ''Peace in the country, peace in the world'' sounds more to me these days. Unless and until you create unity and peace in your home town you can not represent and/or bring peace anywhere on the earth.
Due to the fact the heavy challenge of his presence in my country, I read more than ever about his life, ideas and actions & deeds. And I understand his vision more and more each day.
He clearly mentioned that "War must be essential and vital. War is a murder unless the life of hometown is threatened.''
He also says ''There is nothing that mind and logic can not solve.''
Our understanding of justice, equality and democracy should not be chanced according to from one country to another country or from one situation to another situation.
Also all country leaders should understand that their responsibilities are not only for their mother country but for whole world, earth , humanity and for all planet.
When you take your actions & deeds according to whole world not only your own country than you will become an universal leader.
I beleive the earth is calling all leaders to behave alligned with this perspective.
Because we are all connected with each other as we have never been before.
It is very vital now!
You have to become an universal leader if you really want life on this planet in next century.
This is a humble calling for all the leaders whom will meet in G20 Osaka 2019 at the end of the month.
Yes, there is no planet B.
Please hear and see young children from all over the world.
I bow from deep of my heart to the one who feels this calling in his/her heart and take courages steps accordingly.
